mentioning all relevant information which are/ will be helpful to them for
analysis all costs on request under the following points: Structural costs, Mechanical and
Hardware lists, Utilities, Effluent disposal, Manpower, Implementation schedule,
Pre‐operative
Expenses, Projected Balance Sheet, Projected Profit & Loss Account, Projected
Cash Flow Statement, Working Capital, Cash Credit Limit And Bank Interest, Capacity
Utilization, Materials & Consumables, Power
Consumption & Cost, Employee Benefit Expenses , Administrative & Other Expenses, Closing Stock Schedule, Depreciation
On Fixed Assets, Term Loan Repayment, Debt Service Coverage Ratio, Break Even
Point, Pay Back Period, Internal Rate Of Return, Net Present Value, etc. duly
certified by a Chartered Accountant, Structural and Civil Engineers only on
requests, provided we are acquainted with basic data inputs from the customers.
We would advise the interested customers
to ensure that FLY ASH is available
within 01 to 200 Kms radius area to a Thermal Power Plant or if it is far away more than 201,
please do take care to analyze that the SAND
available locally is very fine ranging from 0.5 to 0.7mm. The availability of fine quality of sand will be helpful to reduce the initial cost of Plant and machinery and on the other hand will minimize the cost of operation].
Other Raw Materials as Lime, Cement, Gypsum and Aluminium
Powders utilized are less in ratio compared to aforesaid materials and can
easily be made available locally. The design of recipe or Slurry Mix is a very
important aspects to be taken care of in the Project.
